Once the unit is ready, we dismantle it, load it, recycle materials whenever possible, and leave the area clean. Plug-in spas should be unplugged and drained before service unless pumping or drainage assistance has been arranged in advance. Old hot tubs are heavy and awkward, so we bring saws, dollies, and a crew big enough to get it out without damaging your patio, deck, or landscaping.
