Where possible we protect existing screens and work through the existing cage door and side-yard gate by dismantling the tub in pieces inside the cage. If the removal path requires alteration of a screen enclosure, the homeowner may need to arrange for a qualified screen contractor before or after the removal. We will review the access path before beginning work; we do not perform screen repair or reinstallation.

Fresh Start does not perform licensed electrical, gas, or plumbing work. Any hardwired hot tub must be safely disconnected and made safe before removal. When the disconnect is missing, damaged, unclear, or connected to other pool equipment — for example a subpanel that also feeds pool equipment — the customer may need to arrange for a licensed electrician before our crew arrives.
