Every cleanout follows the same five simple steps. No surprises, no scope creep, and no pressure to book on the spot. Call by 2:00 PM for same-day pickup.
1. The first call
You'll talk to a real person. Usually the owner. We ask a few simple questions about the property, roughly what's inside, and your timeline. No sales pitch, no pressure.
2. Free on-site estimate
We walk the space with you and give you a firm, written quote before we touch anything. No hidden fees, no per-pound surprises. Want us to start that day? Usually we can.
3. We sort with you
This is the part most families dread. We take it seriously. Keep, donate, recycle, haul. Documents, photos, and small heirlooms get flagged for you to review first.
4. We haul it out
Uniformed crew, right-sized trucks, no scratched walls. Furniture, appliances, boxes, garage, attic, lanai, shed. Then we sweep up so it's ready for what's next.
5. Broom-clean handoff
You get a clean space ready for a buyer, a renter, or the next chapter. Anything personal we thought you'd want to see is labeled on the counter. Photos on request.
