Do you handle both the demolition and the debris removal?
Yes. That's the whole point. One crew, one price, one day. You don't have to coordinate a demo crew and a dumpster separately.
Do you touch load-bearing walls or electrical/plumbing?
No. We handle selective, non-structural demo only. Fresh Start does not perform licensed electrical, gas, or plumbing work — utilities must be disconnected and made safe before we start. Load-bearing changes, rerouting plumbing, or electrical work should go through a licensed GC, electrician, or plumber. We're happy to coordinate.
